DO YOU OFFER FLEX PAYMENTS?
Yes, we absolutely offer flexible payment options to help make moving in easier! Ask us about our flex payment solutions through Livble and how you can use Jetty for your deposit needs or opt for our standard one-month rent deposit.
WHAT ARE YOUR PET POLICIES?
No more than two (2) common household animals are allowed per apartment, 35 lbs pounds or less. Non-acceptable canine breeds are Pit Bulls, Rottweiler’s, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Husky, Malamute, Akita, Wolf- Hybrid, St. Bernard, Great Danes, Chows, Bull Mastiff and Standard Poodles. Unless proper documentation is provided in advance that the pet is a service animal, and reasonable accommodation has been requested. We utilize PetScreening™ as a third-party company to screen household pets, validate reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals and confirm you understand the animal policy at this property.
