Fee schedule
Application Fees:
- Admin Fee - $150
- Application Fee - $50 per applicant (18+)
- Risk Fee (if applicable) - $125 - $300

- Annual Pet Screening - $30
- Pet Type - Cats and dogs are welcome. Call for breed restrictions. Fish aquariums can not exceed a 20-gallon capacity. We will also allow small birds, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, and a fish in a fish bowl. These small animals are not subject to a pet deposit or pet rent.
